This batch of RESERVE coffee comes to us by way of the mountainous region in Huila Department, Colombia. This coffee features a varietal called "Pacas" that has been double fermented and washed. Like most moderate to high level fermentations, this coffee is very sweet and fruit forward. Expect notes of orange, peach, toffee and chocolate.
We recommend a slightly coarser grind for pour overs and a relatively heavy dose of coffee for optimal flavor extraction. This coffee also works very well for espresso.
